1/8 oz. = 1 dram  = Approx 75 drops
1/6 oz.= 5 ml    = approx 100 drops = 1 tsp
1/3 oz. = 10 ml = approx 200 drops
1/2 oz. = 15 ml = approx 300 drops= 1 Tbl
1 ounce = 30 ml = approx 600 drops
4 oz. = 1/2 Cup = 8 Tbl
8 oz.  =  1 Cup  = 16 Tbl
 
Standard dilution for lotions and carrier oils is 2-2.5% which is about 15 drops of essential oil into one ounce of carrier base.
Standard dilution for perfumes is a 20% dilution which is why the perfume is so concentrated and more per ounce than other aromatherapy products like lotions and salt baths.
