Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A:
All Natural Essentials Aromatherapy products are created when they are ordered - not beforhand. Each is custom blended specifically to suite your tastes, needs and wants so there may be a delay of a couple days before your Natural Essentials product ships.
Most will be mailed within the week - if there will be a longer delay you'll be called.
Q: What essential oils do you use in your blends?
A:
I use the highest quality, therapeutic grade essential oils available. For more details use the "

Q: What is the shipping costs
A:
I charge just the true shipping amount so no inflated handling charges to worry about!
Q: How exactly does this whole "personalization" thing work?
A:
Simple! We chat on the phone about your likes/dislikes in terms of scent; any potential allergy situations; and health issues that need support and I select specific essential oils to fit your parameters.
As a courtesy I also keep track of past orders so if a blend "hits the spot" it will be easy for us to recreate it. Minor adjustments will also be easy to make. Once you find a scent or essential oil blend that "hits the spot" you never have to worry about it being discontinued!
Q: Do you help treat diseases and illness with your essential oils?
A:
No silly! I'd have to be a doctor to do that! I help YOU create essential oil blends that please your scent palate, support healthy living and emotional balance. After all, holistic health is about supportive and preventative care - for true medical emergencies you are encouraged to speak with a health care professional of your choice.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept ?
A:
Right now I accept Paypal, personal check (with 5 days to clear), money order/certified check or credit cards so whatever method of payment you prefer just let me know.
